In 2006 my wife and I received Basic Sozo Training at Mobile Healing Rooms. Ourselves and one other couple started a Sozo Team at Mobile Healing Rooms. Diane and I interned at the Transformation Center at Bethel Church for 2 weeks. We started Bethany Mobile Church, Inc. in Mobile, AL in late 2013. We were certified to teach Basic Sozo. In 2014 Sheryl and Tom Roan (Regional Facilitators for SouthEast) asked us to be sub-facilitators.

Since that time, we have trained teams in Basic Sozo and hosted Advanced Sozo Trainings. I graduated from Auburn University in 1959. I was a Methodist minister and have served as pastor to several small country churches. In 1974, I resigned as the Methodist minister but continued to serve in leadership of Covenant Church in Mobile, AL where we live. I also helped start a short-term mission group (Amigos, Inc.) which built churches in Central America. 

We continue to work with local teams doing Sozo to assist these teams being more proficient. We train teams in our area as requested.  There is a large area in central Alabama with no Sozo teams; we are looking for churches that are interested. All areas need a Sozo team.
