Kurt Haefeli

Aarau, Switzerland

I grew up in a small town in Switzerland together with four siblings. When I got saved at the age of 30 I was instantly set free from many things in my life. Before I was called to work full-time at the church, I was working in the management of a logistic company where I had the opportunity to experience the meaning of a life with Jesus in a very practical way. When I started working for the church, it stood out to me how many unbelieving Christians were attending church and I knew that the church needed a transformation.

Within a leadership team that also cultivates friendship we courageously stood up to start out this journey and we were always amazed how faithful Jesus holds true to His promises. Sozo was a vital part of the success we’ve been experiencing. Since 2011 – when we were trained as Sozo leaders – we’ve been using these tools successfully and we wouldn’t want to miss them anymore. Our church was rapidly transformed in a way that wouldn’t have been possible without Sozo. It is an important tool for the church, a heavenly tool for kingdom minded thinking. Identity is being strengthened and renewed and the relationship with the Father is being deepened.

This is what the world (and the Church) truly needs. In my role as a Regional Facilitator it is my goal to support the expansion of Sozo and thus see people, churches and society changing. “Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” – Matthew 6:10
