Pastor Bill served as a pastor on staff at Rez Church in Loveland, CO from January 1993 to July 2017. He has led the Sozo Ministry team since August 2010. Pastor Bill's criteria for ministry is it Christ centered, Holy Spirit led and anointed, biblically based and easy to train in and multiply. Pastor Bill says, “When the Bethel team came to Rez for Basic Sozo Training in June 2010, I knew this was what I had been looking for.” When it was obvious the Lord was pulling the team together and releasing the ministry at Rez Church (and worldwide,) Bill and his team all jumped in and did not stop running to keep up! Sozo is everything they were looking for and much more. It's FUN to partner with the Lord in this ministry. 

Pastor Bill has a passionate desire to see God's people intimately connect with Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in a living, daily 2-way conversational way. Bill's position as Rocky Mountain Regional Facilitator covers Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, Montana, and Idaho. He has appointed Faith Haupt as regional sub-facilitator. She covers southern Colorado from I-70 south and New Mexico. Faith also assists in Bethel Basic Sozo and Advanced training in the region. Hannah Hartman is also a certified Bethel Sozo Basic trainer and the director of SFSM team development.

Bill's dream is to see flourishing Sozo ministries in the Rocky Mountain area without regard to denominational and doctrinal lines, and to see the ministry carried to the far corners of the earth. 

Pastor Bill founded Sozo Freedom Steps Ministry, Inc., in June 2017 to continue his work as a Sozo minister and trainer. The Sozo Freedom Steps team conducts sozo sessions in two locations in northern Colorado, and other communities in Colorado are being developed. 

Pastor Bill and his wife, Debby, have four grown children and eight growing grandchildren. Bill and Debby make their home in Windsor, CO. They currently attend City Lights Church, Greeley, CO.
