This information is provided for organizations whose leadership is contemplating training at their site for the purpose of establishing a sozo ministry or need additional training for an existing ministry.

If the travel time is over 6 to 8 hours, there will be the need to purchase airplane tickets for two teachers. The airplane tickets will be purchased for flying out of Redding, CA. Housing is expected for the two teachers and that requires two separate motel/hotel rooms. Meals will also be provided by the host church or organization.

Any Sozo team members who wish to travel with the leaders will be responsible for the cost of their airplane tickets.

If the travel time is less then 6 hours, the team will travel by private cars. The church or organization is responsible for cost of transportation.

Private housing and meals is requested for the Bethel sozo team in either situation. If there is a need for a maximum number of team members because of housing, please include that information on the travel request form. If the team flies, and the training are not at the same location where they are housed, transportation will need to be provided.

Travel days will be Wednesday, ministry times will be Thursday and Friday and the seminar will be Friday night and all day Saturday. We can provide Sunday services. If we provide Sunday services, we will travel on Monday. If we do not provide Sunday services, we will travel on Sunday.

The sozo team members will be with the leaders from breakfast until bedtime.

Our team can provide personal ministry for individuals who wish a sozo appointment. Your sozo team members can sit in during these personal ministry sessions for the purpose of gaining experience.

These sozo personal sessions is recommended for those in leadership, those interested in leadership of the sozo ministry or other individuals. There is a fee of $75 per personal ministry session.

Charging for the seminar
The church or organization decides if there is a charge for the sozo training seminar. The Bethel Sozo ministry will email the artwork and contents of thetraining manuals for the host church/organization to print at their location for the cost of $5.00 per manual to the sozo ministry.

Some suggested methods for charging for attendees:

• charging for the seminar and a separate charge for the manual
• charging for the seminar with the manual included
• charging for the manual only

United States Basic Sozo Training
As of January 2011 there will be a variety of Bethel teaching teams available for the United States Basic Sozo Training. The main teachers will be based out of Bethel Church. The Bethel Sozo ministry has Regional Directors across the United States as well as Internationally, who will also be available for teaching the Basic Sozo Trainings.

International Basic Sozo Training
Dawna and Teresa are the teaching team for the International Basic Sozo Training.

United States and International Advanced Sozo Training
Dawna DeSilva and Teresa Liebscher are the teaching team for the United States and International Advanced Training.

Honorarium or love offering should be given to the teachers of the seminar.

To request a team to travel to your location, download the Travel Request Form , fill it out and check the box for "Basic Sozo Seminar" or "Advanced Sozo Seminar" as the "Requested Team" and send it in to the address on the form.
